Caprifoglia organic goat's cheese matured with pasteurized milk with low lactose content (almost lactose-free), maturation for a minimum of 90 days. With a strong flavour, this Tuscan goat's cheese has a hard texture which makes it ideal for enjoying on a platter of assorted cheeses and jams. Firm ivory-coloured texture with sparse holes, delicate and sweet flavour. Table cheese, very light and digestible. Ideal for sandwiches, it goes well with salads.
Goat's milk *, sea salt, rennet, lactic ferments.
Vacuum packed. To be consumed preferably within 180 days.
Store in the refrigerator at a temperature of 4-5°C.
