The Truffle Poacher is produced with pork and truffle, which is added during preparation. It looks like a typical salami, but contains the singular aroma of the truffle and its unmistakable flavour. Pork, salt, sugars: dextrose, sucrose. Truffle (0.6%). Spices, flavourings, antioxidant: E301. Preservatives E252, E250. Gluten and lactose free.

Store in a cool, dry place away from light. Store cool and away from light, product lasts 180 days. If correctly stored, the product maintains its organoleptic, nutritional and hygienic characteristics unchanged until the expiry date shown on the label.
