Shipping Times
Your order placed on Spilucco will be processed as quickly as possible, typically within 2 to 5 working days of receiving payment, ensuring the freshness of the artisanal products made during the week.
The grocery box with perishable products will be shipped on Monday, Tuesday, or Wednesday, so that the courier can guarantee delivery by the weekend.
We recommend that you fill out the fields and include your telephone number in addition to your shipping address during checkout. The express courier may, if necessary, contact you at the number provided during delivery. Any number you provide will not be stored in our database (unless entered during account registration). It will be used only to contact you and establish any details related to that specific shipment.
Delivery times may vary during major Italian holidays, such as Christmas and Easter, or if affected by external, uncontrollable circumstances, such as demonstrations, union strikes, or natural disasters.
Shipment Tracking
Tracking = traceability from the starting point to its final destination
Tracking refers to the traceability that allows you to follow the status of an order and check the location of a package in real time.
The tracking we use is the one defined as “External Tracking”, once the shipment has taken place.
External tracking after shipment
External tracking involves tracking a package outside the company's perimeter , including all the steps that make up the chain, from the package being delivered to the courier, until the package is delivered to the recipient.
To track the shipment, the recipient will receive an email with a link.
Deliveries to Italy
Your order will be processed as quickly as possible, depending on weekly product availability, where freshness is essential. Your order will be delivered and then picked up by an express courier, who guarantees delivery within 24-48 hours from the date of shipment.
Deliveries are guaranteed within 24 hours in the regions of Calabria, Sicily, and Sardinia, and up to 72 hours for more inland areas. For the remaining regions of Italy, delivery will be made within 24-48 hours, barring external and unforeseeable problems such as natural disasters or the recipient's absence at the time of delivery (in this case, please consult the " The courier cannot find anyone during delivery, what should I do?" section in the FAQ section).
The shipping cost for each order is €7.90 (free shipping on orders over €69.00).
Deliveries abroad
Your order will be processed as quickly as possible, depending on the weekly availability of products, whose freshness is essential. Your order will be delivered and then picked up by an express courier, who guarantees delivery within 24-72 hours. from the day of shipment.
