Shipping Times
The shopping done on Spilucco will be processed in the shortest possible time, calculated in a time between 2 and 5 working days from receipt of payment, guaranteeing the freshness of the artisan products made during the week.
The shopping box with perishable products will be sent on Monday, Tuesday or Wednesday, so that the courier can guarantee delivery by the weekend.
During the purchase phase, it is advisable to fill in the fields and enter the telephone number in addition to the destination address. The express courier during the delivery phase may, if necessary, contact you at the number indicated. Any number you provide will not be recorded in our database in any way (unless it is entered during account registration): it will only be used to contact you and to establish any details relating to that particular shipment.
Delivery times may vary during major Italian holidays, such as Christmas and Easter, or if affected by uncontrollable external situations, such as trade union demonstrations and strikes or natural disasters.
Shipment tracking
Tracking = traceability from the starting point to its final destination
The term tracking refers to the traceability that allows you to follow the status of an order and check the position of a package in real time.
The tracking we use is the one defined as "External traceability", once the shipment has taken place.
External traceability after shipment
External traceability deals with following a package outside the company's perimeter , including all those steps that make up the chain, from the package delivered to the courier, up to the delivery of the package to the recipient.
To track the shipment, the recipient will receive an email with a link.
Deliveries to Italy
Your order will be processed in the shortest possible time, depending on the weekly availability of the products, whose freshness is a fundamental characteristic. Your order will be delivered and then taken over by the express courier who guarantees delivery within 24/48 hours calculated from the day of shipment.
Deliveries in the regions of Calabria, Sicily and Sardinia are guaranteed, at least within 24 hours, up to a maximum of 72 hours for the more internal areas. For the remaining regions of Italy, delivery will be made within 24/48 hours, without prejudice to external and unforeseeable problems such as natural disasters and the absence of the recipient at the time of delivery (In this case, you can consult the item " The courier does not finds no one during the delivery, what to do?" , in the FAQ section).
The shipping cost for each order is €7.90 (free shipping on orders over €59.00).
Foreign deliveries
Your order will be processed in the shortest possible time, depending on the weekly availability of the products, whose freshness is a fundamental characteristic. Your order will be delivered and then taken over by the express courier who guarantees delivery within the calculated 24/72 hours from the day of shipment.
