
This soft, artisanal organic cheese, aged for 60 days, is made with thermized organic cow's milk from the farm. Azienda Agricola l'Avvenire guarantees the complete and excellent quality of its raw material, pure organic milk. Their animals are raised free-range, free from any constraints, grazing freely in harmony with nature and fed the foods nature itself provides for herbivorous animals. Thermized milk is a better alternative to pasteurization; heat-treated raw milk means heating it for at least 15 seconds to a temperature between 55 and 68 degrees Celsius. Pair it with wildflower honey , dried fruit, and the classic pear, and it pairs well with vegetables such as zucchini, pumpkin, potatoes, and mushrooms. Serve at room temperature (remove from the refrigerator 20 minutes before serving).
