Organic cow's cheese flavored with Frassinella chilli pepper, aged 20 days, cheese made with Italian (own) cow's milk pasteurized with vegetable rennet. Produced by the Poggio di Camporbiano farm. It is a Tuscan cheese with a soft texture and flavored with chilli pepper. A tasty and spicy cheese at the right point, this aroma makes it palatable, delicate, but at the same time strong.

Pasteurized cow's milk , vegetable rennet, salt, chilli pepper, lactic ferments.

Packaging

Whole form with paper - half form vacuum-packed. Product duration 90 days.
