Ginestrella, organic stretched curd cow's cheese, maturation 5 - 12 days, pasteurized milk. Small scamorza with a sweet flavor with a shiny and smooth golden yellow rind, its soft and stringy texture is compact with no holes. Ideal for being sliced, melted and cooked on the grill (or griddle), in the oven or to be used for salads, burgers and bruschetta.

Ingredients

Cow's milk *, sea salt, rennet, lactic ferments.

Packaging

Vacuum packed. To be consumed preferably within 90 days.
