It has a slightly creamy texture, has a thin crust, and its flavor is sweet, tasty and delicate. It has a soft and compact cut. Ideal as an appetizer, to accompany with wildflower or chestnut honey, or to also be used as an ingredient for your pasta sauces. A new organic Tuscan product to be enjoyed on any occasion.
