Querciotta, organic artisanal cheese, maturation 20-30 days, pasteurized milk. A white or straw-coloured caciotta, slightly streaked and compact. It has a sweet and delicate flavour. Thanks to its softness, this cheese can be used in the kitchen in many ways such as for rice salads, for our Bun Burger sandwiches, or to fill and garnish various dishes to be cooked in the oven. The products of the Poggio di Camporbiano farm are made with ingredients coming from the company itself, strictly organic.
Cow's milk*, sea salt, rennet, lactic ferments.
Vacuum packed. To be consumed preferably within 90 days.
Store in the refrigerator at a temperature of 4-5°C.
