Company La Pasticceria Frangioni is located in Pisa a stone's throw from Borgo Stretto. A small but great company that produces fresh pastries and typical Tuscan desserts. Story Opened on 1 April 1978 by Giancarlo the master, first raised as a shop boy by the pastry chef Giannessi, in San Martino, (these were the post-war years) then trained in the laboratory of the prestigious Pasticceria Salza in Pisa, once recognized as the best , begins his working career. Work All the desserts are now made by Daniela who today continues this dream started with her husband Giancarlo. The choice of ingredients, including local and strictly quality ones, are the basis for obtaining exclusive artisanal products, the cake with bischeri, the Pisana and the rice puddings are some traditional Tuscan excellences perfectly reproduced with the same original flavours.
