The Tuscan Cinta Senese salami is a typical medium-aged sausage from the province of Siena that is really worth tasting. The Azienda Agricola Il Ruscello di Chianni produces gluten-free cured meats, thanks to its Cinta Senese pigs reared in the wild. It is produced with pork shoulder (lean part), pork belly and pork lard (fatty part). These ingredients, after being ground and flavored and having obtained a mixture, are stuffed into sausages. It is stewed for 7 days and aged for at least 30 days. Fantastic for your appetizers, for an aperitif or for a substantial snack.
