TENUTA DI GHIZZANO
The classic organic extra virgin olive oil IGT Costa Toscana is produced by Tenuta di Ghizzano. It's an organic Tuscan oil characterized by hints of artichokes and cut grass. Slightly spicy yet delicate on the palate, this extra virgin olive oil is a perfect accompaniment to any dish, including fish. Continuous cold pressing within 24 hours of harvesting, which is mostly done by hand, takes place in olive groves no higher than 200 meters above sea level. Awarded several times for its excellent characteristics and quality, this Italian oil is currently available in two versions: classic and pitted. Our mill is designed to minimize oxidation; during processing, the temperature is kept below 20-22°C, preserving the oil's beneficial properties. Aluminum can. Consume within 18 months of bottling.
Store in a cool, dry place, away from heat. Optimal temperature: 12-18°C.
