The Classic Organic IGT Costa Toscana Extra Virgin Olive Oil is produced by Tenuta di Ghizzano. It is an organic Tuscan oil characterized by aromas of artichokes and cut grass. Slightly spicy yet delicate on the palate, this extra virgin olive oil is a perfect accompaniment to any dish, including fish. Continuous cold pressing within 24 hours of harvesting, which is mostly done by hand, takes place in olive groves at an altitude of 200 meters. Awarded several times for its excellent characteristics and quality, this Italian oil is currently available in two versions: classic and pitted.
