Organic Pitted Extra Virgin Olive Oil IGT Costa Toscana: An organic Tuscan oil with a green color and bright golden highlights. A penetrating aroma of artichoke, mint, and sage with notes of cut grass. This Italian oil has a remarkable intensity on the palate, with pleasantly balanced bitter and spicy notes and a long finish. The olives used to produce this variant are pitted (the pit is removed before pressing), cleaned of leaves and other foreign matter, washed, and processed within three hours of harvest in our mill. This extra virgin olive oil is rich in natural antioxidants, present in greater quantities than traditional oils, and offers numerous beneficial effects for our body, such as fighting free radicals responsible for cellular aging, and protecting against cardiovascular disease.

Packaging
Store in a clean, dry place, away from odors. Consume within 18 months of bottling.
