The baked ricotta “Rugiada di Bosco” is an artisanal Tuscan product, a dairy product produced with pure ORGANIC milk, by the “Poggio di Camporbiano” farm, which uses exclusively its own 100% pure milk for its products. The processing follows the principles of organic production. Its texture is soft, white in color and with a sweet and delicate flavour. Baked ricotta can be enjoyed plain, as an appetizer, accompanied with sauces and cheeses.

Vacuum food tray. To be consumed preferably within 2 days after opening.
storage
Store in the refrigerator at a temperature of 4°C.
