Gineprino is an artisanal spreadable cheese made from pure thermised organic goat's milk with vegetable rennet, naturally low in lactose. Soft and creamy with a marked sweet goat flavour. Excellent for your croutons and crackers, ideal for spring salads, or to combine with aromatic herbs and olive oil. It is also recommended with the sublime and incomparable Regina di Noce organic chestnut honey .
Ingredients
Goat's milk *, sea salt, rennet, lactic ferments.
Packaging
Vacuum packed. To be consumed preferably within 20 days of the production date.
storage
Store in the refrigerator at a temperature of 4°C.
