Organic artisanal fior di latte mozzarella. Stretched curd cheese with pasteurized milk. All the products of the Poggio di Camporbiano Agricultural Company are obtained exclusively from the crops and animals present on its land. All the animals are fed with fresh fodder, hay and cereals of their own production, to obtain quality 0 km milk which is then transformed into a genuine and tasty mozzarella to be consumed simply as is, to accompany salads, or to be used for pizza and for all the many uses in the kitchen.

Cow's milk , sea salt, rennet, lactic ferments.

Packaging

Food tray. To be consumed preferably within 15 days.
