Bean to bar chocolate bar. Pure Colombian criollo is grown in a Hacienda in the Maceo area immersed in an uncontaminated rainforest with strong biodiversity. The chocolate that comes from such a precious and rare seed is identified by its very light color and its dynamic and powerful aromatic profile which ends with refreshing notes of ripe pineapple and exotic carambola. Angiolini imports the cabossa directly and then collects the cocoa beans and proceeds with their artisanal processing.
