The skewers are prepared with first choice fresh meat coming from farms in our region, Tuscany where the animals are fed and respected according to peasant traditions. Made with top quality Tuscan beef and chicken raised on the ground and in open spaces. You can cook them in a pan, in the oven, or on the grill. The meat used is always fresh, the Davide Balestri butcher does not use frozen meat or meat subjected to other treatments and only processes gluten-free products. Those who like to personalize the dish can add some bay leaves and some citrus fruit segments.
