La Fresca tomato pulp made with organic Italian tomatoes is a product of excellence from Podere Pereto. A pulp of tomato, juice, sea salt and basil made to preserve the seeds which contain all their nutritional properties. Tomato pulp, unlike puree, contains whole pieces of the tomato cut into different sizes. It is used for many different preparations, both for long cooking or at high temperatures. Suitable for fish soups, ragù and braised meats, or raw to season rustic bruschetta. Tomato pulp is also ideal for creating a fresh summer dish with celery, crumbled Greek feta and mint.
