Our duck sauce, a condiment for pasta, also egg-based, ideal for pappardelle and maltagliati. A special Tuscan artisanal sauce (ragù) . Duck meat is very tasty and has a balanced aroma. We recommend heating in a bain-marie to have a ready sauce.
Ingredients
Duck meat 70%, beef and pork, duck liver, olive oil, mixed vegetables in variable proportions (celery , carrot, shallot, garlic), tomato pulp and concentrate, wine, salt, aromatic herbs and spices.
