The classic Bio IGT Costa Toscana extra virgin olive oil is produced by the Tenuta di Ghizzano. It is an organic Tuscan oil characterized by hints of artichokes and cut grass. Slightly spicy although delicate on the palate, this extra virgin olive oil is suitable for accompanying any dish, even fish. Cold pressing in a continuous cycle within 24 hours of the olive harvest carried out mainly by hand, position of the olive trees at a height of 200 meters above sea level. Awarded several times for its excellent characteristics and quality, today two variations of this Italian oil are possible, the classic and the pitted.
Cultivars used: Frantoio 55%, Razzo 20% and Leccino 20% Moraiolo 5% Harvest: manual and mechanical between October and November 2023/2024
Store in a clean, dry place, away from odors. Consume within 18 months from the bottling date
Store in a cool, dry place, away from heat sources. Optimal temperature: 12-15°C.
