ORGANIC extra virgin olive oil from the Il Ruscello di Chianni farm. A high quality Tuscan product made in Chianni, among the green Tuscan hills. A cold-pressed oil, a continuous extraction system at a controlled temperature, and the traditional push with presses, where the olives are pressed only once without resorting to heat. In this way the oil is allowed to emerge spontaneously, maintaining all the aroma and flavor characteristics of the fruit unchanged. The family of Guido, the founder of the company, maintains and takes care of the numerous hectares of land dedicated to olive groves, and others dedicated to the wild breeding of Cinta Senese DOP.
