Organic spring wildflower honey. Apiary from Villa in Calci. Produced during this season, it is jarred separately and identified by production season. Wildflower honey is dark in color and has an intense aroma with a sweet and strong cherry flavour. Hard to find, unique and excellent. It crystallizes in a “creamy” way. Regina di Noce, a Tuscan excellence, stands out for having created the first Italian organic traced honey.
