The rice pudding produced by Pasticceria Frangioni is recognized as among the best you can find in the province of Pisa. Daniela uses the original molds of the past which are slightly taller than today's classics and uses only natural ingredients and fresh eggs. Their name is misleading (usually the word pudding is associated with a dessert), they have the shape of a muffin but are prepared with shortcrust pastry and filled with rice cream and custard, and then flavored with grated orange, a classic Pisan bakery pastry shop. One bite is enough to place it among your favorite breakfast foods. A typical Tuscan dessert, artisanal and unique.
