Point of view, Vermentino, an organic IGT wine. The color is clear, its aromas are delicate, not excessive, the fresh floral note is intense as is the fruity one with hints of white and pink peach and both remain long and pleasantly in the empty glass. The red wine (Opera in Rosso) is a Sangiovese DOC. It is a Tuscan wine with a balanced and persistent floral aroma. With a rounded taste, this wine goes well with red meat dishes. Its characteristics mean that Opera in Rosso is an excellent expression among the most representative and authentic products of the Pisan Hills. Opera in Nero is a Merlot IGT from Podere la Chiesa. A wine with an intense and brilliant color and an important flavour, with balsamic notes, cherry and black cherry, round and persistent but at the same time very elegant.
