Organic Terre di Casanova Chianti DOCG from Podere la Chiesa. The need was to offer a different DOCG wine, a product that was characterized by freshness and drinkability while maintaining its coherence. It is made from Sangiovese grapes coming from vineyards grown on clayey-limestone soils rich in marine sediments, with south-east exposure. The main characteristics of this red wine are its freshness and its intense fruity aromas. The use of only Sangiovese gives it a tannic taste and great personality. It pairs perfectly with red and white meats but pleasantly accompanies the entire meal. It is a wine that can also be drunk young but which evolves over time as is normal for its blend.
