Amatriciana sauce revisited from the Tuscan tradition. The amatriciana sauce made by the Tuscany Food Agricultural Company is an artisanal product made with bacon and Tuscan tomato puree. We recommend accompanying this sauce with spaghetti, bucatini or other long pasta shapes and with seasoned pecorino, a classic of Italian cuisine. Ingredients
Tomato puree (origin: Tuscany), bacon (origin: Tuscany) (pork cheek, salt, herbs and spices, cons. E250-E252), white wine ( sulphites ), salt, chilli pepper. Produced in a facility that uses celery, gluten and sulfites, nuts and sesame seeds.

storage
Store in a clean, dry place, away from light. After opening, store in the refrigerator and consume within a few days.
