
(Whole) pork livers, a typical dish of artisanal Tuscan gastronomy, cooked in lard and ready to be heated and served at the table. The heat of the fire will melt the lard. Made with fresh pork, flavored with various spices, we offer it in two versions. This tray is made up of three whole "livers" tied with string (the "liver" is made up of a part of rigatino, a part of liver and a part of shoulder). Plastic food vacuum tray - can also be used in the microwave to heat the product.
Store in the refrigerator for 8 days - after opening, consume within 2 days.
