The name says it clearly: the organic Tuscan bean is a variety of typical dry Tuscan legume. Italian legumes grown organically by Podere Pereto. Not very large beans and white in colour, their skin makes them ideal for cooking in salads and side dishes. The bean must be soaked for at least one night, then rinsed and boiled in cold water for about 1 hour. Also good with extra virgin olive oil, salt, black pepper, and chopped fresh aromatic herbs.
