The artisanal Tuscan crostino from Cinta Senese derives from a very ancient recipe of the Tuscan tradition. It comes from the liver of the raw material of Cinta Senese pigs, raised wildly by the Azienda Agricola Il Ruscello. The pork meat cooked for a long time with tomato, anchovies, carrot and celery, gives life to a cream with a rustic and strong flavour. Ideal to pair with traditional Tuscan dishes or as the protagonist of a good aperitif.

Onions, meat and offal of Cinta Senese DOP pork, 48%, Italian extra virgin olive oil, fresh carrots, butter , Italian, PGI Pantelleria capers, anchovies , salted, celery , fresh, fresh parsley, lemon juice, spice . May contain nuts.
