A Cinta Senese steak with a flavor that is difficult to forget. A genuine product of pure Tuscan artisanal meat from the Il Ruscello farm which for years has been producing cured meats with wild pork raised with care and attention among the green hills of Pisa. To cook them, heat your grill well, arrange the steaks so that they are spaced away from the embers, let them cook for 3 to 7 minutes (depending on the thickness of the cut), turning every now and then to even out the cooking. Accompanied by roast or fried potatoes.
