Its characteristics mean that Opera in Rosso is an excellent expression among the most representative and authentic products of the Pisan Hills. Opera in Nero is a Merlot IGT from Podere la Chiesa. A wine with an intense and brilliant color and an important flavour, with balsamic notes, cherry and black cherry, round and persistent but at the same time very elegant.
