Company Tenuta San Carlo has been managed by the Gaggia Lotti family for four generations, who have managed to maintain over time the values of sustainability, the rhythms of nature, regional historical traditions and the great passion for sharing these values. Story It was in 1936 that Achille Gaggia fell in love with the Maremma and purchased land there, the future Tenuta San Carlo. In the generational changes, everyone brings their own idea of development of the estate, moving from the planting of pine trees, to horses, from growing rice to breeding local cattle breeds. Work The Tenuta San Carlo agricultural company is made up of 400 hectares of which approximately half are within the Maremma Regional Park. The company's strong point is the cultivation of rice with natural and stone-worked methods.
