It's perfect for making creamy risottos that hold their shape well after cooking. We follow strict organic standards for our Carnaroli rice production and do not use herbicides, pesticides, or fungicides. To improve soil quality and fertility, we use traditional techniques, from cover crops to crop rotation. Thanks to its high capacity to absorb seasonings, it lends itself to delicious risottos. It has a higher starch content than Ribe rice, has a firmer texture, and has a longer grain. Carnaroli rice has excellent cooking resistance because it contains a higher amount of amylose.
