Tuscan pasta made from 100% Italian semolina, cooking time of 8 minutes. An artisanal pasta produced with semolina obtained from excellent grains, in which the quality of the gluten contained within is sought. Pasta Fabbri follows patification and drying below 38° ensuring an extraordinary ability to absorb sauces. Flying saucers are a type of short Tuscan pasta rolled up on itself. It lends itself perfectly to holding any type of sauce, especially creamy ones. Discover typical Tuscan products in the online shop. The name of this format was chosen by Mr. Fabbri in 1954, founder of the pasta factory now in its 3rd generation, on the occasion of the extraordinary event in which one day, during a football match in Florence, an undefined substance fell from the sky and associated with a non-terrestrial event.
