Cenci or "carnival chiacchere" or frappe, are one of the typical recurring Tuscan products linked to the carnival festival. A milestone of our pastry chef Enrico Pasquinucci, his skill offers our palates unsurpassed, unique perfect cenci. Their fried and crunchy dough makes them truly irresistible for everyone. It is a very thin and crumbly dessert, which is generally fried and sprinkled with icing sugar. They can be covered with honey, cocoa, or with alchermes and accompanied by dark chocolate.
