The whole black truffle is typically small in size, with a rounded and rather regular shape. Nacci Tartufi's is the best truffle in San Miniato. It can be used freshly grated or cut into flakes. Perfect to accompany both meat dishes but also rich appetizers, such as bruschetta with butter and pepper. It is recommended to use it with a truffle sauce that you can find in the online shop. Whole truffles are used, just like fresh truffles, sliced in small quantities with butter, cream or olive oil to prepare truffle tagliolini or risotto, or sliced over meat and egg dishes. Delicious for grating in flakes on homemade pasta, flaked on raw meat, fondue, tagliatelle with butter.
