The grilled artichokes with summer truffle are produced by Nacci Tartufi, a historic company from San Miniato. This traditional and simple recipe is made with the most sought after vegetable, the artichoke. Carefully selected and grilled a few hours after harvesting and preserved in sunflower seed oil (in oil). The presence of the summer truffle adds that extra touch.
