Its hints of garlic, hay, wet earth, honey, mushroom and spices make the flavor of this type of truffle spicy on the palate. Whole truffles are used, just like fresh truffles, sliced in small quantities with butter, cream or olive oil to prepare truffle tagliolini or risotto, or sliced over meat and egg dishes. Delicious for grating in flakes on homemade pasta, flaked on raw meat, fondue, tagliatelle with butter. Store in a cool, dry place, away from light and heat sources. After opening they can be stored in the fridge at +4°/+8°, in their jar, and it is recommended to use them within a short period.
