Boletus Edulis, the king of mushrooms, is a prized product, considered as one of the best porcini mushrooms, its aroma is intense but at the same time delicate. Dried "special" type porcini mushrooms, carefully chosen, cut and dried in a natural way, maintain the scent and all the characteristics of the freshly picked mushroom. Before cooking, place them in warm water for about 30 minutes, then drain them well and squeeze them.
