Artisan pasta made from 100% organic wholemeal semolina, Timilia wheat from Sicily, cooking time 17 minutes. Tuscan spaghettoni have a thickness similar to pici senese. An ancient durum wheat based on very delicate bran and gluten, the flavors and aromas of the field characterize it. To be seasoned with EVO oil and cheese, or an artichoke cream or other light sauces. A Tuscan wholemeal pasta produced from wheat processed so that it does not heat up during milling, keeping its organoleptic properties unchanged. Pastificio Fabbri follows pasta making and drying below 38°, guaranteeing an extraordinary ability to absorb sauces.
