
The Tuscan Salami with Lari cherries was born from the idea of Davide Balestri who found a way to make the flavor of this salami even more exclusive by using the artisanal Lari cherry liqueur (without artificial preservatives) instead of red wine in the salami dough. In this way the sulphites and other artificial preservatives contained in the wine are eliminated. The product obtained is always a sausage with all its salty and rustic flavour, and sweetened with a light cherry aftertaste. Low amount of spices and finely ground fat allow the flavor of the lean to emerge. All the typical Tuscan cured meats produced by Davide Balestri are gluten-free.

Store in a cool, dry place away from light. Store cool and away from light, product lasts 180 days. If correctly stored, the product maintains its organoleptic, nutritional and hygienic characteristics unchanged until the expiry date shown on the label.
