The Tortiglioni from Pastificio Fabbri are a type of light and highly digestible Tuscan pasta. Ideal to accompany tomato sauces such as arrabbiata. Also perfect for a dish of baked pasta au gratin made with tomato and bechamel. From this variety a flour is obtained , the "semolina", less refined than semolina. Its nutrition is greater thanks to the fiber and vitamin content. Dietary fibers help provide a feeling of satiety, lowering blood sugar and cholesterol levels.
