Artisan pasta made from 100% organic Timilia durum wheat wholemeal semolina, Sicilian origin, cooking time 9 minutes. Wholemeal Tortiglioni are a type of Tuscan pasta that is characterized by the curvature of its lines, it has a slightly wrapped shape with lines that allow it to retain the sauce well. Also excellent baked au gratin with bechamel, mozzarella and vegetables. Produced with semolina obtained from Sicilian grains, in which the quality of the gluten contained within is sought. Pastificio Fabbri follows pasta making and drying below 38°, guaranteeing an extraordinary ability to absorb sauces.
