The tortiglioni from Pastificio Fabbri are a traditional Tuscan product made with organic methods and use a very ancient breed of wheat. Excellent seasoned with pork ragù, the spelled tortiglioni are also delicious baked au gratin with béchamel sauce, tomato and spicy.
