The white truffle of San Miniato is a genuine product of Tuscany. The most prized, good eaten in flakes or grated on pasta or second courses based on meat, fish or eggs. It is one of the most prized truffles, it is usually consumed with tagliolini with butter, with risottos, to be sliced with the typical "truffle slicer". Try not to combine it with foods that have a lot of acidity or a strong flavour. The research period begins in November and ends in December/January.
