This fantastic and extraordinary "Sidamo" Ethiopia Coffee, coming from the province of the same name in Ethiopia: it is appreciated for its intense and spicy notes reminiscent of chocolate, it has a fresh, citrusy and delicate acidity. On the palate, Sidamo coffee has a light body and marked acidity (one of the most evident in the world of coffee, also thanks to the washing process), the bitterness is very light, and the aftertaste is truly elegant.
