The Severus IGT Sangiovese from Podere Marcampo is a red wine that goes well with grilled red meats and dishes based on game and ragù. Its color is garnet and is characterized by flavors of red fruits, delicate spices, pepper, leather and myrtle. In the mouth its tannins are present and slightly silky, its freshness and minerality due to the lands rich in fossils and minerals make it an excellent, persistent and representative wine of the Tuscan vine from the Volterra area. All the processes of this IGT wine are manual, allowing control of the expected quality.
