The Porcini Truffle Sauce combines the best products that our forests offer us and is made exclusively with first choice porcini mushrooms, extra virgin olive oil and ground truffle (5% minimum). This sauce is excellent, and ready to use, to season pasta or rice, to prepare canapés or truffled bruschetta, with eggs or to accompany meat or fish dishes. Ingredients
Porcini mushrooms (Boletus Edulis) 70%, extra virgin olive oil, truffle (Tuber aestivum Vitt.) 5%, salt, white truffle aroma.

Glass jar and metal cap.
storage
It can be stored unchanged for 3 years at room temperature. After opening, it can be stored in the fridge at +4° for about 1 month.
