For the production of our Carnaroli rice we follow strict organic standards and no herbicides, pesticides or fungicides are used. To improve the quality and fertility of the soil we use traditional techniques, from vegetal cover to crop rotation. Thanks to its high ability to absorb seasonings, it lends itself to delicious risottos. It has a higher starch content than rib rice, has a firmer consistency and a longer grain.
